Euroroad OÜ Online Booking Terms
1. General Conditions
1.1. These sales and usage terms regulate the legal relationship between the customer and Euroroad OÜ when purchasing, booking, or using services through the Euroroad OÜ online booking system.
1.2. In addition to these terms, the laws of the Republic of Estonia apply, including the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant legislation.
1.3. Transactions may be made only by persons at least 18 years of age. If a booking is made by a minor or a person without legal capacity, the person who made the payment is responsible for the consequences.
2. Prices and Payment Terms
2.1. All prices are in euros and include applicable VAT.
2.2. The customer is responsible for checking the selected booking conditions and price. All bookings require prepayment.
2.3. The customer pays the full amount upon confirming the booking. By making the payment, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.
2.4. Payments are made in a secure payment environment. Euroroad OÜ has no access to the customer’s bank or credit card information.
3. Ordering, Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. An order is considered submitted once the customer has provided all required information. The order becomes valid after a confirmation email is sent.
3.2. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
3.3. A booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days (120 hours) before the start of the service by sending an email to mok.puhkemajad@gmail.com.
3.4. To make changes, a new booking must be made and the previous one cancelled. Prices and availability may vary for the new booking.
3.5. If the customer cancels less than 120 hours before arrival or does not arrive, Euroroad OÜ may retain the full prepayment.
3.6. For timely cancellations, the refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from receipt of the cancellation notice.
3.7. Bank transfer payments are refunded to the same account from which the payment was made.
3.8. Refunds for credit card payments are processed by Bouk.io, which deducts its service fee:
– within the EU: 1.4% + €0.25
– outside the EU: 2.9% + €0.25.
4. Accommodation Rules
4.1. Check-in and Check-out
– Check-in: from 15:00
– Check-out: until 12:00
Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed with the accommodation provider in advance.
4.2. Use of Sauna and Hot Tub
Safety and usage guidelines must be followed when using the sauna or hot tub.
4.3. Smoking and Alcohol Policy
– Smoking indoors (incl. e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited.
– A cleaning fee of up to €200 may be charged in case of violation.
4.4. Parking
– Parking is allowed only in designated areas.
– Parking is free and at the customer’s own risk.
4.5. Pets
– Pets are allowed only with prior agreement.
– Additional fees may apply.
– The customer is fully responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
5. Liability for Damage
5.1. The customer is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation property.
5.2. Euroroad OÜ has the right to demand compensation for damages and additional costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
Euroroad OÜ is not liable for loss or damage to the customer’s personal belongings or for injuries resulting from the customer’s own actions or failure to follow safety rules.
7. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to Euroroad OÜ’s Privacy Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, or the courts.
